Where it started.

Influencer marketplace platforms convert on trust. The site has to read as legitimate to both sides of the marketplace, the influencer and the brand. Trust signals broken, value propositions unclear, user flows that dead end, all bleed conversion before the visitor even reaches a decision point.

Influsway came in with a working platform that was leaking conversion in ways the founder could feel but could not yet name. The brief asked for a conversion audit that names the leaks specifically and deploys the critical fixes fast enough to stop the bleed.
