The income jump wasn't magic. They were leaving money on the table because they couldn't handle more than 3-4 brand deals at once. The system removed the bottleneck and they doubled capacity immediately.
From 15 Hours a Week on Admin to 3. Revenue Doubled
Where it started.
A YouTube creator with 150K+ subscribers was earning well but hemorrhaging time. Brand deal negotiations spread across email and DMs. No invoicing system. Sponsorship deliverables tracked in a notes app. Content scheduling was manual. Analytics lived in 6 different dashboards.
They were spending 15+ hours per week on business operations instead of creating content, the one thing that actually makes them money.
The build.
A unified creator business operating system. Custom dashboard pulling analytics from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcast platforms into one view.
Brand deal pipeline with stages, automated follow ups, and contract templates. Invoicing and payment tracking integrated with their accounting.
Content calendar with automated cross platform scheduling.
Mobile application deployed to Google Play Store so they could manage their entire business from their phone: approve deals, check analytics, respond to brand inquiries, track payments, all from one place.
The numbers.
The decisions behind it.
Built the mobile app because that's where creators live. A desktop only dashboard is useless for someone filming content all day.
The invoicing automation alone saved them 2,000/month in late payment costs and accounting fees.
The dashboard works great for teams under 20. We didn't test for scale because the client had 15 people. If they grow to 50+, the current architecture will need a refactor. We flagged this in delivery and documented the migration path, but it's still a known ceiling.
Client details anonymized under NDA. Detailed case studies with metrics available on request.

Cross-operator engagements happen when a client's scope spans more than one specialty. Each operator delivers their own scope independently.
