The date is written down.
The deadline is the date in your signed Statement of Work, written in plain English. If we do not deliver the agreed scope by that date, the guarantee triggers.

The clock pauses for exactly four things.
The guarantee is real, not a marketing line. Which is why the exclusions are real too. These are the only situations where the clock pauses.
Third party dependencies. If a payment gateway, CRM API, or government portal blocks progress and it is not within our control, the clock pauses only for that blocker and resumes when resolved.
Client side delays. If we wait more than 5 business days on feedback, approvals, or access you owe us, the deadline shifts by the number of days we waited.
Force majeure. Natural events, state action, infrastructure outages outside Cloudflare and AWS scope. Standard commercial clause.
